<p>Our apprentice programme starts&nbsp;in September 2026,&nbsp;you will join our Global Payments Solutions Technology team in a full-time role whilst studying for a three-year&nbsp;Digital &amp; Technology Solutions Professional Degree (Software Engineering pathway).</p>

<p>Working under the guidance of the IT Manager, the IT Technician Apprentice will assist with day-to-day technical support, learn essential IT skills, and contribute to the smooth running of the school&rsquo;s digital learning environment.</p>

<p>Providing first level IT Support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues; working on the helpdesk; support staff and students in using technology effectively;installation and configuration of a wide range of software and hardware. This is a term-time role.&nbsp;</p>

We will also provide significant technical and soft skills training to ensure both personal and technical growth.</p>

<p>&nbsp;We are looking for a charismatic individual to join the team who will learn an elevated level of IT knowledge from the team. Duties will include disk encryption, backup management, plus more.</p>
