As an IT Support Apprentice, you will provide first-line, hands-on IT support to users across the business while working towards the Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard. The main focus is hardware, desktop and user support, including diagnosing and resolving straightforward IT faults and more. 

You'll provide first-line helpdesk support, assist with device management and Microsoft 365 administration, and get hands-on experience with cloud and security tooling (Intune, Entra ID, Defender). Office-based full-time, with structured mentoring, dedicated study time, and real responsibility from day one.

You'll work alongside experienced developers, technical specialists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve the way we work. You’ll then help design, build, test and implement solutions, as well as supporting colleagues to adopt and get the most from new technology.

Working within various IT teams, the apprentice will support colleagues across BSI to maximise the value of digital workplace technologies, AI-powered productivity tools and modern ways of working.
