During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the Information Communications Technician standard.

You will be part of a small IT support function supporting internal end users. You will take support calls from colleagues and apply fix solutions to IT incidents. You will work with senior IT colleagues to resolve more complex issues. Incidents can vary between cloud, networks and hardware.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver service desk functions as described by ITIL providing excellent support services for customers through ticket ownership, adhering to service level agreements.

As an IT Support Engineer Apprentice at Bubble IT, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing technical help. You’ll gain hands-on experience resolving a range of IT issues and developing your knowledge across hardware, software, and network support.
