The IT Support Apprentice reports to Squarcle’s IT Manager. Main duties include supporting the IT Manager in configuring, maintaining, securing and supporting the business's internal environments (MS Azure / Office365, networks etc). Additionally, the apprentice will provide hardware support for colleagues’ laptops and peripherals.

First line business support, onsite, resolving issues such as forgotten passwords, connection and printing issues, and general problem identification. Covering customer service, system maintenance, and security, preparing you for more complex technical support roles.

You will work within an agile team, learning the latest in development software technologies and methods to support the team in delivering our Travel Assistant solution to customers. You will undertake activities on rotations that will develop your expertise across product and project management, analysis and software development.
