The candidate will work as part of a team developing new and existing solutions to aid in the automated production of Glenair products with a goal of improving production efficiency, consistency and quality.

The Ancillary Support Engineering Apprentice will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while assisting in the maintenance and support of both Mechanical and Electrical equipment in the Ancillary department, including crimp machines, etching machines, laser markers, cable cut equipment, and cable stripping machines.

The Apprentice Maintenance Engineering Technician will receive comprehensive training and mentorship in order to be responsible for the effective routine machine maintenance/ servicing and breakdowns within the Machine shop.

A 4-year apprenticeship leading to Engineering Fitter Level 3 - Electrical Pathway, including: Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering BTEC Diploma in advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
